Observation Deck Recall Club

What is the Observation Deck Recall Club?

We want to make sure that every child receives the best care possible at the right time. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that all children be seen by an orthodontist by age 7 for their first orthodontic evaluation. Please contact our office today to schedule your child's free evaluation!

If a patient or younger sibling of a patient is not yet ready for orthodontic treatment, we invite them to join our Observation Deck Recall Club! While you're a member of the Observation Deck, we will monitor your growth and development with complimentary observation appointments scheduled every 6 to 12 months, and you will have the opportunity to earn your own Smile Miles points that you can redeem for a variety of great prizes and rewards!

The Observation Deck Recall Club allows us to educate our younger patients on the importance of good oral hygiene, monitor their dental development and get them excited about the possibility of entering active orthodontic treatment that will help them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile!

Are there any fees associated with the Observation Deck Recall Club?

No! Observation visits are provided at no charge as a courtesy to our younger patients and their siblings who are not yet ready for orthodontic treatment. Any photographs or x-rays recommended at observation appointments are provided at no charge. Once treatment is recommended, any applicable fees associated with that treatment will be thoroughly discussed at that time.

Here are just a few of the ways you can earn Smile Miles while you are a member of the Observation Deck Recall Club...

  • Completing your new patient consultation
  • Losing a baby tooth
  • Showing your Smile Miles card at your sibling's appointment
  • Graduation from the Observation Deck Recall Club to active orthodontic treatment
