Free Consultations
We are happy to offer you a free new patient consultation, and we look forward to getting to know you! During your first visit to our office, we will introduce you to our team members and give you a tour of our office. Dr. Newell will complete a thorough orthodontic evaluation, including digital x-rays, and he will discuss any questions or concerns you may have. At the end of your consultation, we will discuss all of your financial options with you.
Affordable Payment Options
The cost of orthodontic treatment varies based on each patient's individual needs and treatment plan. If orthodontic treatment is recommended by Dr. Newell, our financial and insurance coordinator will discuss the cost of your treatment and our affordable payment options with you so that you are able to make the best choice for you and your smile. We work hard to make orthodontic treatment affordable, and we will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget.
For your convenience, we offer the following:
- If you have orthodontic insurance, a health savings or flexible spending account, we will help you determine the amount of coverage you have available, and once you begin treatment, we will file your insurance claims for you and do everything we can to help you maximize your benefits.
- If full payment is made at the beginning of treatment, we offer a Paid-In-Full discount; we are also happy to offer discounts for family members and friends through our Share a Smile Referral Program.
- We offer a variety of payment plan options to suit different budgets, including interest-free payments and no down payment options.
- For your convenience, we accept payment via Automatic Bank Draft, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Financial arrangements can also be made to extend your payments over the course of your treatment with financing through CareCredit and Springstone Patient Financing. Please click on the logo below to apply for CareCredit or Springstone financing:

We are happy to offer convenient online access to your account 24 hours a day through our secure Patient Login service.
Our online service allows you to:
- View your appointment and account information.
- Sign up for email or text message appointment reminders.
