Free Initial ExaminationAs a benefit to our patients, we offer a free initial examination. During your first visit, we will introduce you to our team members and give you a tour of our office. We will also complete a thorough examination and discuss any concerns or questions that you may have.
Financial OptionsIt is our mission to provide you with outstanding orthodontic treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, including paid-in-full discounts, family discounts and interest-free in-house financing. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, checks, debit cards, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and payments from flexible spending accounts. We also offer third-party financing through CareCredit, with no down payment options available. We would be happy to thoroughly explain your financial options and answer any questions you may have so that we may accommodate your needs.
InsuranceWe are committed to helping you maximize your orthodontic insurance benefits. Many insurance plans have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is unique from general dental insurance. We will work with you to help identify any benefits you may have. Once orthodontic treatment has begun, we will file the appropriate insurance claims on your behalf. Please remember, however, that insurance policies vary and if, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. |
